What is being done to standardize and unify our wedding process and procedure because we have had cases where a Diocese approves something while another Diocese will reject it?

What is being done to standardize and unify our wedding process and procedure because we have had cases where a Diocese approves something while another Diocese will reject it? Sometimes even within the same Diocese, you see some things approved in someone's wedding but would be rejected in another wedding in the same Diocese.
