The Charism of Pentecost could not have been received if they did not believe the master’s promise and wait for it (Acts 1:4, 5, 8).

The same is true of the incident in Cornelius house (Acts 10:33, 34, 35, 44) as well as in Ephesus when apostle Paul ministered charisma on those disciples (Acts 19:1-6).
