Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, the only Saviour and Mediator between man and God, who was approved of God by miracles, signs and wonders and went about doing good (cons Matt. 1:21; Jn. 1:29; Acts 4:12; 1Tim. 2:5; Acts 4:22; 10:38) is set to do those things that He did in the days of His flesh that stood Him out among all that came before and after Him in the name of the Lord to show Himself alive.

 

We know that after His death, resurrection and ascension into heaven, He continued in the works He did in the days of His flesh to prove to the world that He is yet alive (Jn.14:12-14). Multitudes of the early apostles’ generation enjoyed Salvation, Sanctification, Holy Ghost baptism, release of gifts of the Spirit and fruit of the Spirit, healings, deliverances, divine interventions, favours, breakthroughs, etc., at the hands of the early apostles and believers through His name to prove that He is yet alive ( Acts 2:22- 24, 33, 41; 3:12-16; 4:24,29-34; 8:5-8; 9:3-9; 10:38-44; 12:3-11; 14:8-10; 19:10-12, Heb. 13b; Mk.16:19-20 etc).

 

Today all over the world, He is yet proving himself alive by doing those things which He did when He was in the flesh ( cons. Matt. 4:23-25; 8:1-3; 9:20-22; 15:36-38; Mk. 1:23-26; 3:3-5; 4:37-39; 5:35-42; Lk. 5:4-7; 19:1-10; Jn. 8:3-11; 11:43-44; Heb.13b).

 

Tonight, the Lord is set to prove Himself alive in our midst as we bring all our needs before Him in faith as He did in the days of the early apostles and believers. Salvation. Sanctification, Holy Ghost baptism, release of gifts of the Spirit and fruit of the Spirit, healings, deliverances, divine interventions, favours, breakthroughs, promotions, fruit of the womb, employment, God’s leading, provisions and protection, etc., will be the lot of all who will call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ this night as a proof that He still saves sinners, heals the sick, delivers the possessed and oppressed of the devil, etc.

 

Let us rise up and call upon the Lord Jesus Christ to show Himself alive.
