Does the Marriage Committee as a group go on special retreats, trainings and programmes to specifically pray that God will fill them with His spirit based on the sensitive and delicate matters they handle and to become better positioned to discharge their duties?
Do they ever pray specifically that they do not become hindrances to people's joy unwittingly?
Do they pray for sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and gift of discernment to be able to handle each matter as is required because no two cases are ever exactly the same? Experience is good, but that's not all in a matter like this.
Two matters may look alike but very different and so will require different approach.
Do they pray in specific terms concerning this assignment, or just rely on their normal Christian prayers?
