Is it possible sir to train or teach our Pastor to be courteous when preaching in public?

Sir, I was a best man, once, at my friend's wedding where the preacher preached for close to 2 hours. People started complaining and even going home and instead of appealing, he responded somewhat angrily at them.
Is it possible sir to train or teach our Pastor to be courteous when preaching in public?
