Many brothers are now scared of the long and tedious processes of the marriage committee and are going behind to approach sisters in manners that are not proper. What is the church doing to help this situation?

It shouldn't be so, The marriage committee members are Pastors who volunteer their time to do this without pay, neglecting other personal issues. We should consider them, especially when they seem to be harsh. Let's also help to be free and open with them and not make them seem as if they are wasting their time.
